General terms and conditions of sale – <\/strong>Comptoir Ph\u00e9nix (legally attached to Comptoir Cecil)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) are proposed by Comptoir Cecil, SAS, registered with the RCS of Lyon, SIRET number 84079313700018, whose head office is located at 21 rue Gasparin, 69002 Lyon – France (hereinafter referred to as the “Establishment”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all table reservations, takeaway orders or catering services offered by the Establishment to consumers via its website (hereinafter “the Site”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They govern solely the relationship between the Establishment and the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main characteristics of the services (menus, timetables, booking conditions, etc.) are presented on the Site. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize himself\/herself with them prior to any reservation or order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validation of a reservation or order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, without restriction or reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1 Prices<\/strong>Prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac), inclusive of all taxes.Prices shown on the Site are valid at the time of order or reservation, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2 Payment<\/strong>The following methods of payment are accepted: cash (in euros), credit card, Amex, cheque, luncheon vouchers. Certain services may require a deposit or prepayment (specified at the time of ordering). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, catering services provided for a specific date or period do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Any validated order or confirmed reservation is therefore firm and definitive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION \/ LATE ARRIVAL \/ NO-SHOW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer undertakes to notify the establishment of any cancellation or delay. Charges may apply in the event of late cancellation or no-show, as specified at the time of booking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal data collected in connection with a reservation or order are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers may exercise their rights at any time (access, rectification, deletion). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 7: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
