No long circuits, no compromises: our cooking is based on common sense, respect for the product and trust in those who grow or process it.

Our aim is clear: to offer authentic, affordable market cuisine using local, seasonal produce. Every day, we receive deliveries from local farms, workshops and businesses. Ripe fruit, extra-fresh eggs, fragrant herbs, quality meats and mature cheeses from nearby farms.

Some of our suppliers have been with us since the early days of Comptoir Phénix. Others have joined us more recently. They all have one thing in common: they love their jobs as much as we love ours. Breeders, market gardeners, bakers, artisan processors… we work hand in hand with them to bring you dishes that are sincere, full of taste and common sense.
