In the evening, the kitchen of Comptoir Phenix proposes plates to share with seasonal products. A way for the cooks to let go their creativity by working products differently.
Because we are Aubergistes Lyonnais, and that we take it to heart to offer you local and seasonal products, we work mainly with local suppliers in the area of Rhône Alpes. Our cuisine is authentic and generous, but above all we want it to make sense. By enhancing seasonal products, we respect the work of the producers without whom nothing would be possible.

Depuis 2012, Le Temps des Oliviers propose une sélection d’huiles, d’olives, de vinaigres et d’antipasti bio en vrac et en consigne.
Authentique et riche en goût, chaque produit est sélectionné avec soin, au sein des plus beaux terroirs du bassin méditerranéen.
Sur ma ferme bio au cœur du charolais, j’élève nos 45 vaches charolaises en profitant de ce que la nature m’offre : herbe, plein air, céréales que je cultive, autonomie alimentaire, bâtiments pour les abriter l’hiver.
At Comptoir Phenix as well as at Comptoir Cecil, we try to produce in a fair way, by reducing our waste as much as we can.
Les Alchimistes collect the food waste from professionals in Lyon, Villeurbanne, Caluire-et-Cuire and in the surroundings of Lyon. With strong social roots, they wished from the very beginning to favour the employment of people far from the labour market and create non-farming jobs. They collect and recycle organic waste, to upcycle them in compost for the enrichment and fertilization of local soils.
